1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Zamalavu, including our website, mobile experiences, messaging tools, anonymous chat features, subscription products, support flows, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or continuing to use Zamalavu, you agree to be bound by these terms and by any additional policies we publish for safety, privacy, billing, and acceptable use.
2. Eligibility and account requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zamalavu. You may only create an account for yourself, and you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you must notify us promptly and secure it.
3. Profile information and authenticity
Zamalavu is intended for real people seeking genuine connections. You agree not to impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, age, relationship intentions, location, or photographs, or create deceptive, spam, or promotional profiles. We may request verification information, remove misleading content, or restrict accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, automated, or inconsistent with the purpose of the service.
4. Member conduct and acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You must not harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, extort, shame, intimidate, or manipulate other members. Hate speech, sexually exploitative behavior, non-consensual sexual content, scam activity, impersonation, blackmail, doxxing, solicitation of illegal services, or attempts to bypass moderation or safety restrictions are prohibited. We also prohibit scraping, reverse engineering, bot activity, bulk messaging, or using the service in a way that interferes with platform stability or other members’ use.
5. Messaging, chats, and anonymous chat
Zamalavu includes direct conversations and, where available, anonymous chat tools. You are responsible for the content you send, including text, audio, images, files, reactions, and profile-linked conversation activity. Anonymous chats are designed to reduce identity exposure, but they are not a promise of absolute anonymity. You should not share personal, financial, or sensitive details unless you are comfortable doing so. If an anonymous chat is ended, closed, or deleted under our product rules, it may no longer be accessible to either participant.
6. Safety tools and moderation
We may monitor reports, trust and safety signals, suspicious account activity, abuse patterns, and technical events needed to protect members and operate the platform. You may be able to block, unmatch, report, or restrict other members. These tools exist to improve safety, but they do not replace your judgment. We may review content, suspend features, remove profiles, or permanently ban accounts when we believe action is needed to protect users, enforce policy, comply with law, or reduce fraud and harm.
7. User content and platform rights
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Zamalavu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to post your content and that it does not violate another person’s rights, privacy, or safety. We may remove content that breaches these terms, appears unlawful, or creates unacceptable risk.
8. Paid features, billing, and access
Some features require a paid subscription or premium access. By purchasing a plan, you authorize the applicable payment flow for the selected billing period. Pricing, access scope, promotional offers, trial access, and feature availability may change over time. Subscription access may renew automatically where that billing model applies, unless cancelled before the renewal date under the applicable payment arrangement. We may limit, suspend, or revoke premium access where payment fails, fraud is suspected, a refund is issued, or your account is found to be in breach of these terms.
9. Privacy, analytics, and communications
Your use of Zamalavu is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may use account data, device information, support activity, engagement signals, and product analytics to run the service, improve reliability, detect abuse, personalize experiences, and measure product performance. We may send service-related messages, security notices, billing notices, verification codes, and important account communications. Marketing communications, where used, remain subject to your preferences and applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
The Zamalavu service, including our branding, design, software, text, interfaces, product logic, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.
11. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to specific features if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for other members, engaged in fraud or abuse, attempted to evade enforcement, or if continued access could expose Zamalavu or its members to harm or legal risk. Deleting an account may remove profile data, conversations, matches, and feature access, subject to our operational, legal, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping obligations.
12. Disclaimers
Zamalavu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device or network. We do not guarantee match outcomes, relationship success, member compatibility, identity accuracy, or the conduct of any individual user. Your use of the service and your interactions with other members remain your responsibility.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zamalavu and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service, your interactions with other members, unauthorized account access, payment issues, moderation decisions, or service interruptions.
14. Changes to the service or terms
We may update these terms, modify features, discontinue tools, change eligibility rules, or adjust pricing and plan structures as the service evolves. When required, we will post updated terms or provide additional notice. Your continued use of Zamalavu after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
