1. Purpose of this policy
This Usage Policy explains what kinds of behavior, content, and technical activity are allowed on Zamalavu and what is prohibited. It applies across our website, profile creation flows, matching features, direct messages, anonymous chat, audio and image sharing, subscription areas, and support interactions.
2. Use Zamalavu for genuine connection
Zamalavu is intended for adults seeking real social or romantic connections. You may not use the platform for scams, deceptive lead generation, mass outreach, political manipulation, pyramid schemes, affiliate funnels, or unrelated advertising. Accounts that behave like spam, automation, or commercial solicitation may be restricted or removed without notice.
3. Authentic identity and profile use
You must use your own identity and real profile details. Do not impersonate another person, use stolen photos, misstate your age or gender, present fake lifestyle claims, or create backup accounts to evade moderation. You may not operate accounts on behalf of someone else unless we expressly authorize that use case in writing.
4. Respectful communication
Treat other members with respect. Harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, coercion, abuse, humiliation, intimidation, and persistent unwanted contact are prohibited. Do not pressure anyone into sharing personal details, sexual content, money, off-platform contact, or in-person meetings. If another member says no, blocks you, unmatches you, or stops responding, you must respect that boundary.
5. Prohibited content
You may not post, upload, send, or store content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, or sexually exploitative. This includes child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, blackmail content, revenge porn, graphic violence, extremist promotion, impersonation assets, and content intended to shame or expose another person. We also prohibit content that promotes illegal activity, trafficking, prostitution, financial fraud, drugs, weapons misuse, or identity theft.
6. Anonymous chat rules
Anonymous chat is designed to give members a lower-pressure way to talk, not a shield for harmful behavior. You must still follow the same safety and conduct rules that apply everywhere else on Zamalavu. Do not use anonymous chat to harass, deceive, manipulate, or extract personal details. When an anonymous conversation is closed or ended, it may be deleted and may no longer be available to either participant.
7. Images, audio, and attachments
If you share images, voice notes, audio, or other attachments, you are responsible for ensuring that the material is lawful, consensual, and safe to share. Do not send intimate material without clear consent. Do not send malware, deceptive files, malicious links, or files intended to compromise another user’s device, privacy, or security.
8. Payment and subscription misuse
You may not abuse trials, promotions, subscription entitlements, or billing flows. Do not attempt chargeback fraud, exploit pricing errors, create duplicate accounts to gain repeated free access, or interfere with premium feature controls. Premium access can be limited or revoked if payment abuse or account abuse is detected.
9. Platform abuse and technical misuse
You may not scrape data, crawl the service without permission, reverse engineer product behavior, probe for vulnerabilities, automate swiping or messaging, interfere with app performance, or attempt to bypass authentication, subscription checks, safety systems, rate limits, or moderation tooling. Any attempt to compromise the service, its users, or its infrastructure may result in immediate suspension and further action.
10. Reporting, enforcement, and cooperation
We may review reports, content, profile data, conversation metadata, trust and safety signals, and technical logs needed to investigate abuse and protect members. Where appropriate, we may warn, limit visibility, remove content, pause features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users. Repeated violations, severe harm, evasion attempts, or conduct that creates safety or legal risk may trigger stronger enforcement without a prior warning.
11. Violations involving minors or urgent harm
Zamalavu is for adults only. Any activity involving minors, grooming, sexualized contact with underage persons, or child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities or child protection bodies where required. We may also act quickly where there are credible threats of violence, extortion, self-harm, or severe safety risk.
12. Policy updates
We may update this Usage Policy as Zamalavu evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy. If you do not agree with the updated rules, you should stop using the service.
